A rapidly-developing southern suburb of Wagga Wagga, Bourkelands is located approximately ten minutes from the city centre, and is bound by Lloyd, Tatton and Springvale. A true urban area of Wagga Wagga, Bourkelands is predominantly made up of modern homes, many of which command solid rental returns from military families and members from the nearby Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Base.
Many homes in the newer “Hilltop” housing estate boast elevated semi-rural views over its neighbouring suburbs, while those bordering Red Hill Road are conveniently positioned within walking distance of Tolland shopping centre and Jubilee Park sporting oval.
