One of Wagga Wagga’s newest suburbs, Boorooma is located to the north, neighbouring Estella. Originally a semi-rural area, Boorooma is progressively undergoing transition into a modern residential estate, with new developments currently in construction and numerous house and land packages available. Home to the Riverina Anglican College, Boorooma has been zoned for a future shopping centre, and with its close proximity to central Wagga Wagga, it’ll no doubt prove popular in the coming years.
