Professionals Wagga Wagga suburb profiles 10th August, 2012 No Comments

Bounded by the disused railway line in the north, Kooringal Road in the east, Red Hill Road in the south, and the eastern edge of Willans Hill Reserve and Lake Albert Road in the west, it’s no surprise Kooringal is Wagga Wagga’s largest inner suburb. With over 1500 households it’s an established residential area, with a wide range of services including numerous schools, a large suburban shopping centre and various specialty stores.

Enjoying close proximity to Central Wagga Wagga, many homes feature sloping blocks and elevated positions, especially those in the popular, unofficial suburb of Kooringal Heights.

Gracelands, another unofficial suburb, is well known for its large prestigious homes, many of which feature gorgeous semi-rural views from their position on the eastern side of Kooringal Hill.
